Soul Coaching was born from Whole Person Coaching® and my natural soul driven desire to help others shine their brightest light. It’s based on the premise that when you come to know, embrace and express all aspects of your self, you are positioned to thrive in all areas of life. Rich in resources, grounded in your being and at peace within; once you’ve found that soul spot, it becomes the generator of all you are.

The design is based on the Cho Ky Rei or “Power Symbol”, one of the spiritual gateways to the universal source of life force energy in Reiki Healing. This symbol crossed my path at just the right moment, delivering its message of “Placing all the power of the Universe here, now”. The center line represents the path of energy through the Soul Star (8th Chakra) above your head and down into the body where each connecting point of the spiral represents a Chakra. This flow of energy is in perfect alignment with the focus that Soul Coaching embodies and these elements are just one of the paths we can take for resonant shifts that lead you to Quintascension. Full disclosure; I find my chakras express amazing wisdoms about myself and I have learned to listen and act upon what I am made aware of at any given moment. It’s a life changer!

To activate Quintascension you will need curiosity in yourself, openness to what is presented, willingness to trust your own instincts and to simply BE present. My system is designed for those who have become aware of their place in the universe yet struggle to integrate that wisdom into this life. People who believe they are worthy of investing resources into themselves so they can live their souls purpose. Folks who believe there is a source of energy bigger than themselves (known by many names) and know it is this connection that can guide them forward, yet they struggle to find their way. The 5 Keys, the quint that leads to ascension, are individually powerful but together they unlock your inner world and open possibilities you may never have imagined. They are aligned with the Chakras and other familiar healings. This is not a new concept, merely a new way, my way, Quintascension. I offer Soul Coaching sessions focused on what will serve you best at the time, as well as a Masterclass of all 5 Keys in self awareness, integration and expansion; an amazing adventure into self.

Guided Intention sessions, though not coaching, offer a specific focus to relieve stress, anxiety and fear (to name a few) and shifts the mind and vibration of our energy into a calm state aligned with the chosen focus. I believe that every time you move into that state of mind, you leave a ripple of positive energy that extends far beyond your physical reach. This too is Quintascension.

I am here to meet you where you are on your journey, offering a sense of well being, harmony and joy to carry with you long after our session. You can emerge aware of your abilities to be self-innovative and attuned in life, for the rest of your life. It is a process that takes practice.
